Welcome to the Grillin' and Chillen' Blog Hop. If you have came from Angela then you are right on track. If not please jump on over to Lisa's blog our hostess for this hop so you don't miss any of the stops along the way.
This blog hop is a one day blog hop that is jammed pack full of some amazing projects. We have had so much fun creating this hop and we have a wonderful line up with some oh-so-talented creators. You will see some lovely projects having to do with cook outs and BBQ themes and have a chance to win some blog candy along the way.
We have 2 wonderful sponsors for this hop! Our first sponsor is SVG Attics.
They will be sponsoring a $15.00 Gift Card for the SVG Attic store.
Our second sponsor is ScrappyDew. They will be sponsoring a $20.00 Gift Card for the ScrappyDew store.
So without further ado, here's my project!
I've decided to make a layout for this blog hop. It's an older picture yes, but it holds near and dear to my heart. It's a picture of my mom at a bbq enjoying her hamburger (amongst other things)! You see, she passed away recently and I'm finding pictures of her all over. So...to celebrate her love for a good old fashioned bbq...here she is.
Ok, don't ask where I got the paper from...*looking confused.* I promise, I don't remember!! The"barbeque" cutout came from the "From My Kitchen" cartridge (Cricut).
Yea..it's a close up of the vellum I used. I drew an outline of a tall trapezoid and then used a yellow piece of paper to put underneath the vellum. It came out cute huh?? lol
That burger however...that was fun to cut from "Simply Charmed" (Cricut).
Thanks for stopping by! Please continue on the hop! I'm sure there's to be many more projects to celebrate the season of BBQ and chilln' out!!!
