Now on with the hop!
You should have arrived here from
Now, I know it's only JULY and many of us are either coming off summer vacation, GOING on that last minute vacation, or even thinking about going back to school (that'll be me in like a week...uuuugh!)
Anywho, in month 7, it's just about that halfway mark to the Holiday Season. So, with those who like to decorate and make their own decorations, here's a little something that will jazz up any room.
It's a Holiday Banner spelling out "JOY TO THE WORLD!"
"JOY" is made from chip board, glitter, "J", a wooden doily (purchased from Michael's) holiday stickers (from my stash), a snowflake (from Dollar Tree), and Recollections Holiday patterned paper.
"TO" is made from chip board, Recollections Holiday stack, wooden doily (purchased from Michael's) and holiday stickers from my stash. Oh, I forgot!!! The glitter comes from Sparkle N Sprinkle.
"THE" is made similar to the previous however, I used more stickers from my stash. Notice..the first letter in every word has the wooden doily??? Clever huh???
"WORLD" is made up of a tun of stuff!! Let's just say, I glitter"fied" everything! I mean even the stocking on the letter L is glittered!
Here is the banner all together. Let me tell you, if you have a fireplace, this will fit nicely under or over the mantle.
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed looking at my project as well as the previous blogger. Do have fun, look around, and leave comments! Until next time....
