Once again....I used my silhouette and made the frame. Then I saw my scraps and whaa laa!! Color, bling, and a bit of red!! 

Here is a close up of the Noel at the top of the frame.

Here is a close up of the bottom left of the frame. I used the Red and White Noel paper stack from Michaels...and some knick knacks from my stash to decorate.
